Greek Recipe: Broiled Swordfish Steaks

GREEK RECIPE: Broiled Swordfish Steaks

  • 2 lbs fresh swordfish steaks
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

 

Wash fish thoroughly, wipe dry, cut into serving pieces. Mix all other ingrediants in a bowl. Add fish and let stand in marinade for 10 minutes, turning over once. Place fish on a broiler rack and broil for 5 minutes on each side or until flakey. Serves 6.
