GREEK RECIPE: Broiled Baby Octopus

Wash the octopus in cold water. Dry the octopus. Pound octopus with a meat hammer until it begins to shred. Cut octopus crosswise into 3 or 4 " pieces. Mix all other ingrediants in a bowl. Add octopus, turn in marinade and let stand for 1 hour turning occasionally. Skewer and broil on a charcoal burner or oven broiler rack for about 10 minutes to a side or until golden brown. Serves 6.
