GREEK RECIPE: Beef and Trahana Soup
Place bones, onion, salt and pepper and water in a large pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Skim foam and reduce to simmer covered for about 3 hours. Remove from heat. Take out bones and shred meat from them. Return meat to stock and add Trahana. Stir thoroughly, bring to simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
