Harry's Greece Travel Itinerary 6 ~ Aegean Oracle
Aegean Islands & Delphi Package 15 days and 14 nights. In Athens: Guided English spekaing tours Acropolis, Cape Sounion, then fly to Santorini for 3 nights, then ferry to Crete pick up rental car, 3 nights Crete, then fly Rhodes for 3 nights and rental car, then fly Athens, Delphi tour,l ast day free, we take you to airport!
Day 1: Arrival Athens international Airport - meet and Greet– look for your name being held up in the arrivals hall by our driver/assistance - and transfer to your hotel. When you check in please ask for your envelope - in it are tickets and information please do not loose these - or forget them on the way. Check in is after 12.00 - rest of the day/evening free
Day 2: Breakfast 07.20 - Pickup at 07.55/ 08.15 from your hotel for ATHENS SIGHTSEEING with English speaking Guide and entrances to the Acropolis included return to hotel 12.30 - 12.50 You will have time for a snack- so do not be in a rush - relax and enjoy your surroundings. Pick up will be around 14.00 (see your envelope for full notice) and Tour coach will pick you up for the drive along the Athens coast line to Cape Sounion. With the English speaking guide you will hear the sad story surrounding this lovely temple. Return around dusk and evening free
Day 3: Breakfast - please check the timetable on your flight tickets ( in the envelope you picked up yesterday. You will have been pre-informed about the pickup time for your flight to Santorini island. The driver will take you to the airport. On arrival in Santorini, look for your name being held up by our assistance staff just at the exit or outside the arrivals area - and you will be whisked off to your hotel. Evening free
Day 4: Breakfast, usually closes about 10.00 - can be served on your balcony or patio, and what a way to start your day. Now you will begin to understand the meaning of “peace". The day is yours to recover, re-charge your batteries and enjoy.
Day 5: Breakfast - again to be served on your balcony - and appreciate the pur magnificence of nature specific to this island. Have a swim in the pool, a long drink at the bar, it is your day, take full advantage - there are not many days in a life like this - it is something you will carry with you when you leave Greece.
Day 6: Breakfast - usually closes about 10.00 - You will have been pre-informed by our local Santorini office who will have delivered your boat tickets and given the time of your transfer to the port. We have booked you, if possible, on the ferry from Santorini to Crete, this is in order you might take one long look from the sea at the special beauty of this island. On disembarking in Crete you will look for your name once again - and this time your hire car will be waiting. Complete the paper work (hope you remembered your International licence?) and then drive to your hotel. There is a possibility that dinner is included in your stay here. Please check your voucher. If it says "Half Board/Full Board" or All Inclusive - then dinner is included.
Day 7: Breakfast - closes usually at about 10.00, thereafter your day is free to roam this big and wonderful island. There is much to discover and to see. Chania must be on your agenda - it is very beautiful. PLEASE drive with care and attention - drinking and driving is very heavily finable and possibly can include prison - it is not worth the risk. Return to your hotel in time for dinner in the evening if included.
Day 8: Breakfast - and off you go once again. The mountains are calling, the beaches need your feet to touch them, the Minoan ruins beg your thoughts and imagination. It is all waiting for you. Return to the hotel in the evening in time for dinner - if included
Day 9: Breakfast - (until about 11.00). You have the flight tickets in your possession for the trip Crete to Rhodes. You must be ONE hour before the flight. Check OUT from your hotel before 12.00 and control your day to arrive at the airport timely. Do NOT forget to fill the car with fuel as much as you had when you accepted the delivery. Leave the car at the airport. In case you cannot find the staff to accept the car - do not worry. Park it in the hire car return area and place the keys over the sun-visor. DO NOT LOCK the car please. Take all your belongings - check in and take the flight. In Rhodes, you will find again the car hire people (or check in desk of NATIONAL ALAMO)- pick up your car and drive to your hotel- evening free.
Day 10: Breakfast - and again at your leisure. You have the car to go around this island - lots of beaches, and the mountains are also very nice –maybe find a good tavern
Day 11: Breakfast and tie to discover a new beach or maybe drive to Lindos Castle and have the day there - lovely beach and worth climbing to the castle. Return to the hotel in the evening
Day 12: Breakfast and check out of your room before 12.00. You have the air tickets - so arrange to return the car (DO NOT forget to fill the car with fuel as you received it) and put it in the appropriate car hire return area. Leave the keys at the National Alamo desk in the main hall and check in to your flight to Athens. On arrival in Athens collect your luggage and see again our assistance waiting to collect you and take you to the hotel. Evening free.
Day 13: Breakfast 07.15 and at about 08.00 the luxury coach will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Delphi. Lunch is included. The guide will inform you along the way how important this site is in Greek history. Do not miss the museum in Delphi - it is really excellent. You will return you to your hotel about 20.00 - evening free.
Day 14: Breakfast. Today is a shopping day. Free day whatever your heart desires.
Day 15: Breakfast and you will have been pre-advised what time your transfer to the airport will be. Be ready. You must of course checkout from your room before 12.00.

Dear All: First of all thanks for your prompt reply. I find your quotation very reasonable, so I´m positive we will use your services. However I would like to ask you to quote me the same tour with four star hotels also. If the difference is not to big, we would probably use those ones. All I´m waiting for is your information in order to make our decision. If you send me the new quotation I will book the tour by Monday.
